Happyvision Childcare Center is a state licensed early childhood development program for children ages 6 weeks to 6 yrs old. Happyvision Childcare Center will provide childcare services for program residents and the community at large. The center will open at 6 am and close at 6pm to accommodate parents who are working, and or in school. Happyvision Childcare Center will implement Dr. Howard Gardner’s “Theory of Multiple Intelligence,” as we believe that all children are smart and learn the best when learning in their own, particular learning style. We will emphasize creating learning environments to encourage multiple learning and teaching experiences, so that all children are effectively engaged in a learning process with which he or she is most compatible. Our preschool program is structured to prepare children ages 3-5 for kindergarten and beyond, as we focus on academic confidence and long-term memory techniques. Although academics and developmental growth are emphasized, we will attend to the “Whole Child’s” physical, social- emotional, and mental nurturing as well.
